Bold, beefy, and full of flavor, skirt steak is a favorite for fajitas, tacos, steak salads, stir-fry, or grilling hot and fast and slicing thin against the grain.

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished with a balanced mix from a local grower. Our beef is also dry-aged for 10–14 days, helping create a richer beef flavor and a more tender finished product.

Each bundle includes approximately 5 lbs of Brinker Creek Ranch skirt steak, ranch raised here in Colorado and ready to stock your freezer.
